Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) - Black + White

The Nike ‘Fun Police’ advertising campaign included young stars from 1998 like Kevin Garnett, Jason Kidd, Gary Payton and even the aging Tim Hardaway.  Perhaps the funniest part of the FP was their inclusion of Tom Gugliotta and NBA legend Moses Malone to round out the bunch.  An enjoyable campaign all around, the Fun Police rolled up on unsuspecting ballers, ensuring that they were playing the ‘right way’.  A decade later, Nike commemorates this group with the Nike Zoom FP (Fun Police) basketball shoe.

Prominently featuring elements from the Air Garnett III, Kidd’s Zoom Flight series and less prominently from Hardaway’s T-Bug along with the Zoom Glove series, the Zoom FP is a clear throwback to the late nineties.  Available in a black and varsity royal pair or a white pair with metallic silver accents, both feature a dope atom-inspired outsole.  Both pairs are available now at NikeStore, so be sure to avoid pullin’ a Cherokee Parks and find some shorts of suitable length.
