Legendary British retailer, Selfridges London, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and several loyal brands have decided to honor the shop with a string of collaboration projects to help commemorate their historic milestone. Top labels such as Marc Jacobs, Giles Deacon, Giuseppe Zanotti, Paul Smith, Mole Skin and Ralph Lauren are all producing special anniversary products for the store, all colored or inspired by Selfridges’ trademark Pantone 109 yellow. Converse will be joining the celebration with a Pantone 109 colored Chuck Taylor low model. The shoe features a bright yellow upper with even the normally white toe cap colored in Selfridges’ signature yellow hue. They also sport a white midsole with black stripes and additional black accents can be found on the patent leather eyelet panels and the heel tab. These very special kicks will be available for a limited time only, exclusively at Selfridges beginning on May 1st. Via Freshness.
