After dabbling in some more expressive fare, the Nike Air Vortex has taken a turn toward more elegant colorways of late. Following up on the black/grey/white pair that hit earlier this summer comes another with the exact same build, only swapping black for Team Red. This mix of suede, nylon and mesh has a vintage appeal but none of the pre-yellowing associated with VNTG releases, and the end result is a design that resembles the 30th anniversary New Balance 990 in burgundy.
