Nike Is Paying Tribute To Jordan And Pippen In An Unexpected Way

Nike Is Paying Tribute To Jordan And Pippen In An Unexpected Way

Mike Scottie Nike Air Flight Lite 15

Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen are perhaps the greatest duo in all of basketball history. The six-time champions are rightly remembered with Mike at the helm and Scottie holding down defensive duties and serving as Robin to Mike’s Batman. This curious retro basketball inspired pack is now paying homage to no.23 and no.33 as the Nike Air Flight Lite ’15 exudes to iconic colorways belonging to both MJ and SP. Taking inspiration from the Air Jordan 7 “Hare” and the shoe Pippen wore in the ’94 All-Star game, the Nike Air Maestro, it isn’t clear why exactly Nike chose to dress up the Flight Lite this time around, but what results is a unique pack that brings us back to the days of watching the Chicago Bulls dominate on-court. No word yet on a release date but stay tuned right here on Sneaker News for more updates.
