Nike Creates A “What The Mercurial” Boot Hybrid From Past Models

Nike Creates A “What The Mercurial” Boot Hybrid From Past Models

Since 1998, Nike’s Mercurial boot has built quite a legacy for its shocking colors, materials, and athletes that rocked the shoes on pitch. As part of the Mercurial’s 20th Anniversary, Nike has created an incredible mash-up in the signature “What The” style, but rather than focusing on wild colors and patterns, the brand is highlighting the design innovations that made the Mercurial what it is today. It starts with the new 360 Flyknit yarns, but adds in performance-driven elements from previous models.

Just 20 pairs of these gems have released on NikeLab Milan today, while limited quantities will release on nike.com and select retailers on Monday, March 12th. Get the full breakdown of the “What The Mercurial” boots on Nike News.
