Nike Announces Release Date For LeBron 16 “Harlem’s Fashion Row”

Nike Announces Release Date For LeBron 16 “Harlem’s Fashion Row”

After LeBron gave the world a first-hand preview of the LeBron 16, Nike has announced the official release date of the elegant new signature shoe. Designed by Brandice Daniels, Kimberly Goldson, Felisha Noel, and Undra Celeste Duncan of Harlem’s Fashion Row, this colorway is inspired by the strong women in LeBron’s life and his conviction that “African American women are some of the strongest people on earth”. He’s been through the process before, so for his 16th shoe, he ensured that an under-represented group was given a platform and opportunity to express their talents.

The HFR x Nike LeBron 16 comes adorned with a luxurious tan Battleknit 2.0 upper, gold highlights, and interchangeable leather straps that double as bracelets. Additionally, the heel features a molded lion’s head design that extends outward, with the mouth of the lion securing the laces that wrap around the shoe. This limited edition release will be available on September 7th on the Nike SNKRS App and nike.com in the U.S. only, so see the official imagery below and stay tuned for the start of the newest chapter of the Nike LeBron signature shoe legacy.

UPDATE 9/20/18: The Nike LeBron 16 “Harlem Fashion Row” will release on Nike EU sites September 21st.
