Anticipation is building around Nike’s new Air Max 270 React ahead of its debut this July, and now another colorway of the bold lifestyle sneaker has surfaced: a women’s-only “Blue Lagoon.” This powerfully-colored pair for the ladies features a translucent TPE upper adorned with abstract, flowing overlays in both green and blue, while a red midfoot Swoosh and red laces add a pop of hot contrast to go with the cool primary stylings. A large green suede overlay on the tongue features Air 270 React branding, and if you look down into the footbed, you’ll notice the insole features a “Nike Air” text hit done up in a trippy ’70s-style font. The shoe’s lower half combines a React forefoot with a heel that presents a watermelon-colored Air Max 270 unit for a amalgamation of two of Nike’s most popular cushioning technologies.
