The adidas LXCON Adds Porous Mesh Uppers In Signal Green

Even after the revival of its OG reference, the adidas LXCON is still one of the strongest silhouettes in adidas’ current repertoire. But even despite that, its releases have slowed down dramatically in the past few months, only seen recently by way of its White Mountaineering collaboration. Ostensibly giving the brand cause to regain their confidence in the model, the Japanese label likely set in motion the next inline addition — one of the first since the start of 2020 — whose kit brings not only new colors but also brand new constructions as its suede fixtures and the like are now replaced by an open knit mesh. Hi-vis tones of Signal Green then further improve its visual statement, dressing even the tubing and eyestays in the workwear signature. Elsewhere, tongues accent in neutral complement with a soft brown, a detail that bears a close likeness to construction materials in its very texture, while similar though lighter shades of the same warm spectrum then finish the tooling. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect to see it on adidas.com and select retailers soon.
