The Nike Air Max 2090 Appears In A Near “Triple Black” Colorway

Fresh off its Air Max Day 2020 launch, which was arguably overshadowed by the Air Max 90 Duck Camo and Adapt Auto Max, the Air Max 2090 has dressed up in a covert, but impressive colorway.

While the Air Max 90-inspired model has previously donned monochromatic outfits, its latest forgoes any overt contrast. And despite not being laden with paint splatter, Nike’s “current shoe of the future” resembles the equally forward-thinking UNDERCOVER React Presto. A mix of “Black/Wolf Grey/Anthracite/White” divvy up the newest Air Max‘s most signature details. Mudguards and their adjacent Air Max 200 units go tonal, save for the light grey accents on the former. Transparent mesh across the upper favors a lighter black, proffering a striking resemblance to the forthcoming CDG Dunk Low when complemented with their “Wolf Grey” embellishments. Elsewhere, the pair mimics the ever-memeable Air Force 1 Low as it covers its remaining tooling in black.

This near triple-black Air Max 2090 is now available on Nike.com for $150 USD.

Away from the visible Air cushioning, NIKE, Inc. is launching the Jordan Delta SP, a lifestyle silhouette using the same foam as the Travis Scott Air Max 270 React, on April 18th.
