The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Vintage Gets A Classic Hunter Green Accent

The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Vintage Gets A Classic Hunter Green Accent

As reflected by the high volume of Blazer Mid colorways that have been both revealed and released this year, it’s clear that the Nike team is extremely reliant on the silhouette to be a major seller for their lifestyle sector. In recent memory, the Sportswear offering has undergone a myriad of adventurous makeovers and uncovered a Day of the Dead rendition, a multi-colored edit filtered through the Swoosh’s D/MS/X sub-label, and a recycled jersey iteration. However, the classic hoops sneaker is putting the more wild decor off to the side for the time being and instead delivering a brand new two-toned installment.

Simple in design, the uppers are formed with bright white leather uppers, and complemented at the Swooshes and heightened heel paneling with notes of hunter green. Riding underneath, the sole piece calls upon the traditional eggshell complexion often seen on the ’77 basketball shoe. For a closer look you can sift through the official image gallery here, and note that they’ll be releasing via Nike.com and select retailers in the coming weeks.

In case you missed it, early images of the Bodega Nike Dunk High collaboration have surfaced.
