Buzz Lightyear’s Space Suit Lands On A New Nike React Vision

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Suit Lands On A New Nike React Vision

Although not the main topic of most discussions, Nike’s D/MS/X sublabel has been transforming fan favorites such as the Waffle and Blazer Mid into bold lifestyle looks. Lately, D/MS/X has been placing much focus on its take on the Nike React Element line—the React Vision. Adding to the growing lineup of colorways is a beige-based pair that is splashed with bright colors reminiscent of Toy Story’s beloved Buzz Lightyear.

The beige applied to the mesh uppers is also used on the signature React foam midsole. Elsewhere, the pair opts for a mix of greens, purples, and corals similar to the shades rocked by the aforementioned action figure. The suede layered eyestays and heel clip primarily see green and purple, while coral is applied more sparingly. These oranges are found as splotches on the outsole, on the heel pull tab, and the tongue. As a finishing touch, a purple pull tab with D/MS/X branding is stitched to the tongue, marking its presence among a collection of experimental models.

Enjoy the official images here below as you wait for the React Vision to arrive at Nike.com for $140.

In other Swoosh-related news, an upcoming women’s Nike Air Max 90 celebrates the “enduring spirit of Mexican women.”
