Nike SB Dunk Low “Chlorophyll” Set For A November Release

Nike SB Dunk Low “Chlorophyll” Set For A November Release

The Nike SB Dunk Low hasn’t been absent throughout the year, but it’s had a much quieter 2021 than 2020. As a new batch of 365 days approaches, however, the modified basketball sneaker is looking to retake the spotlight, with its latest proposition arriving in the form of a nod to the Nike Air Trainer 1 “Chlorophyll.”

The muse, which was designed and debuted by Tinker Hatfield in 1987, is set to celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2022. Nike SB‘s impending release (rumored for November), along with news that Travis Scott has reimagined the silhouette under his Cactus Jack banner, suggest the John McEnroe-endorsed sneaker will have a block-buster celebration. Perforated leather from the multi-sport silhouette appears on the skate shoe’s toe box and mid-foot underlays. High-quality suede takes over the forefoot paneling and profile swooshes, nodding to the Air Trainer 1’s lockdown strap, midsole and own side logos. Faint grey lands throughout the remainder of the shoe, as well as the outsole underfoot, with the titular “Chlorophyll” likely animating branding on the tongue label and spine.

Enjoy a first-look at the pair here below, and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch come November. Delays have been common throughout the quarter, so a later release may occur.
