Sail And Orange Give The Nike Air Max 97 A Southwestern Feel

Sail And Orange Give The Nike Air Max 97 A Southwestern Feel

Having walked the runway with COMME des GARCONS HOMME PLUS, the Nike Air Max 97 started the year on a great foot. And though the GRs may not receive the same level of fanfare, they’re worth just as much attention — especially when they’re as clean as this upcoming Sail and Orange colorway.

One of the silhouette’s simpler make-ups, the pair builds around a series of neutrals. The aforementioned “Sail” actually sits more in the background, accenting just the outsole as well as the piping across the top half. Orange, though bright, is visually toned down as well, as the shade often sits between and atop the palette’s many white fixtures.

For a closer look at this upcoming Air Max 97, check out the official images added below. As with most GRs, a release date is TBD, so keep your eyes peeled for updates as we’ll be monitoring both Nike.com and select retailers.

Elsewhere at Nike, the brand and sacai are cooking up their newest collab: the Black/Gum Vaporwaffle.
