This adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Has One Reminder: “To Run Is To Live!”

This adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Has One Reminder: “To Run Is To Live!”

In June 2022, adidas introduced the Adizero Adios Pro 3, its entry into the marathon-ready, “super shoe” competition. Over the last nine months, the shoe has helped athletes break records, winning over former skeptics along the way.

Ahead of spring, the Adios Pro 3 has surfaced in a new style inspired by New York City. In terms of color palette, the shoe is rather simple: the lightweight and breathable textile upper favors an off white color that’s complemented with red-colored 3-Stripes and black inner lining. The sculpted Lightstrike Pro foam underfoot also opts for a clean finish, although an encouraging message is printed onto its lateral side: “To run is to live!”

The footbed features NYC-specific text suggests the tri-colored running shoe forms part of a collection honoring the “Big Apple.” Over the years, adidas has commemorated the site of the New York City marathon with special collections; last year’s offerings were offered under the “Refuel” banner and brought pizza to sneaker form.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead. An adidas.com launch will likely take place before summer for $250 USD.
