First Look At The Air Jordan 1 KO Low “Bred”

First Look At The Air Jordan 1 KO Low “Bred”

Jerry Lorenzo may not think the term applies to the OG’s, but the black and red pairing from Jordan Brand has unearthed its own treasure trove of historic silhouettes underneath the “Bred” namesake. Following Union LA’s collaborative take on the Air Jordan 1 KO Low during its recent reissue, the canvas-constructed silhouette now indulges in the brand’s famed two-toned association.

Kicking off the model’s revitalization with a reinterpreted “Chicago” scheme in May of 2021, the overtly familiar black and red clothing ditches the appearance of crisp white hues in an effort more akin to that of the silhouettes’ “Banned” colorway. As such, the textured upper engages in a dominant amount of real estate reserved for jet-black shades to consume the tongue construction, laces, sock liner and near entirety of the upper – save the vibrant red dipped mid-foot Swoosh, vamp, heel tab and consecutive Nike Air branding. Harkening to a bygone era with a vintage-tinted “Sail” midsole, the medial side of the interior lining mirrors the Air Max 1 ’86 “Big Bubble” with the pair’s size and ensuing skew emblazoned in white lettering.

No official release date information has been shared just yet, so in the meantime enjoy a first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 KO Low “Bred” below.

In other Jumpman news, the Air Jordan 13 is dressing in a “Wolf Grey” accent for a July 1st release date.
