Newly surfaced images reveal the Nike Air Force 1 Wild is getting a sudden makeover by way of a radically different materials, delivering a monochromatic look that carries its weight through a fusion of durable fabrics.

This release marks a small step into uncharted territory when it comes to the modified Bruce Kilgore-design; while all Air Force 1 Wild releases to date have featured suede overlays, the Beaverton brand has opted for a rugged nylon commonly utilized in hiking and outdoor gear. A tighter canvas makes up the base of the shoe, while the Air Humara-inspired checkered midsole makes its usual appearance. All of these elements work in tandem to create a cohesive symphony that deem it appropriate for its intended use — the wild.
