Instead, this release will be true-to-the-original specs from 1988 without any aging or other modifications under the Reimagined umbrella. A release date is still expected for November 23rd, 2024 in full-family sizing, with adult pairs priced at $220.

2023’s Air Jordan 3 “White Cement Reimagined” delivered exactly what consumers wanted – the iconic original colorway from 1988 treated with an aged vintage look. This simple and predictable formula amounted to one of the year’s most successful shoe releases, so it’s no surprise that Jordan Brand is looking to replicate that good fortune in 2024 considering the overall weakness of Retro performance at retail.
According to Sole Savy, the Jumpman is doing exactly that with the Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement”. The same pre-worn look will touch the midsole via a gentle yellowing, although it’s curious to see just how this iteration of “Reimagined” will apply to the all-black upper. We can speak for the entire Jordan community that swapping materials is simply not the answer.
The Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement” last dropped in 2018 with Nike Air on the heel. It’s considered one of the best Retro drops of the last decade, with current grey market pricing around triple the original MSRP.
