The Nike Zoom Pegasus 2K5 “White/Gym Red” Takes A Naturally Aged Look

Nike Air Max shoes remain front and center in March, but Nike’s already gearing up for the following months with a variety of new Zoom Pegasus 2K5 colorways.

The Beaverton brand announced the return of the archived mid-2000s dad shoe last year and released two colorways in January, but plans for the model have truly started to take shape within the last week. Newly surfaced “Coconut Milk” and “Sea Glass” designs are now joined by a clean “Gym Red” pair that boasts the model’s most versatile, simplistic treatments to date.

Nike’s latest 2K5 colorway aligns effortlessly with the shoe’s vintage yet futuristic identity, carried by off-white leather overlays that serve to produce a naturally aged look. Pure white treatments on the cage, toe, and base create a diverse mix, brightened up by vibrant “Gym Red” Swoosh logos on the quarter and toe box. Off-white coloring returns on the midsole in lockstep with the shoe’s aged proposition, just above black tread to complete the delivery.
