Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Is Getting A Converse Signature Shoe In 2025

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is making big moves with his endorser Converse. After signing with the brand in July 2020, Shai’s stock has risen meteorically beyond anyone’s expectations. The OKC Thunder superstar has risen to become an annual MVP candidate, the lone All-Star in the top team in a stacked Western Conference, and one of the faces of the future of the NBA. In 2025, he’s joining the not-so-exclusive club of stars with their own kicks, but he’s not just Converse Basketball’s lone signature athlete — he’s the category’s Creative Director.

According to @ShamsCharania, the Shai Converse deal involves a lucrative, multi-year extension that includes this hefty new title and the new Shai signature shoe in 2025. Converse Basketball’s performance line-up already includes the All-Star EVO CX and the newly unveiled All Star BB Shift CX (pictured below), which debuted in Paris during Nike’s On Air presentation. SGA was also featured in the brand’s recent campaign for the relaunched Weapon.

Full details of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s new deal with Converse nor a first look at his signature shoe haven’t been revealed just yet, but stay tuned for more updates.

In other happenings in the basketball shoe world, it’s being reported that Nike Caitlin Clark shoes are coming soon.
