The “Black Cat” Mascot Appears Again On The Air Jordan 1 Low

The “Black Cat” Mascot Appears Again On The Air Jordan 1 Low

After first making an appearance on its fancier Method Of Make sibling, the Black Cat mascot cheers on the crowd again on this all-black spin on the Air Jordan 1 Low.

Drawing a clear-cut connection to varsity sports on the high-school level, this newest concept emerges via Michael Jordan’s animalistic persona, but playfully blowing bubbles with pink gum. On the tongue screams the Jordan spirit via the banner, while the insoles boast a custom patch that features the feline sitting atop a basketball.

A lime volt hue adds some variation to the all-black leather upper, appearing on the lace-loop on the tongue as well as on the light contrast stitching that holds the tongue label down. The heel diverts to an opposite route with a luxurious metallic Wings fixed onto the backs of the shoes.

This women’s release is set to arrive soon on Nike.com; see the official images ahead for a closer look.
