The New Balance 9060 Wears Hairy Suede For Fall 2024

Releasing September 13th in unisex sizing.

The New Balance 9060 Wears Hairy Suede For Fall 2024

In an environment where slim-soled low-tops like the adidas Samba are thriving, the New Balance 9060 stands as a welcome anomaly. From city streets to Instagram moodboards, the ambitious hybrid model has amassed a large and dedicated following since it first hit the block in 2022, standing tall as the defacto chunky shoe of the moment. Following a relatively quiet summer, the Boston brand is touching down with another new fall-friendly colorway this month.

Cleverly listed as the “Great Plains” colorway, the latest 9060 release aligns seamlessly with autumn fashion aesthetics. The outermost paneling is comprised of gold hairy suede to match the base, evidently drawing inspiration from America’s flatland, while the New Balance logos, tongue, lining, and midsole all appear in off-white “Calcium” for an agreeable finish.

Currently, the New Balance 9060 “Great Plains/Calcium” is set to release September 13th for $150 in unisex sizing. Turn to our “Where To Buy” section below for purchase links on that date.
