While not “University Blue,” the palette gives off a similar North Carolina feel, exuding an aesthetic rich in Nike and Jordan Brand lore. The design comes close to original “Sport Red” blocking, only with “Phantom” as opposed to grey on the quarter, forefoot, and heel. The departure might not seem far off on the color wheel, but produces a far more sophisticated feel in comparison to traditional, sporty looks.
