Nike Taps Into A Frequent Formula With The Dunk Low “Hyper Royal”

Deja vu all over again?

Nike Taps Into A Frequent Formula With The Dunk Low “Hyper Royal”

The seemingly unending flow of new Nike Dunks can often blur the lines between each iteration. However, you’ll need to squint to make out the new details on the latest edition of the staple shoe, a “Hyper Royal” colorway coming in 2025.

Part of our interest in this pair is because it nearly replicates the “Astronomy Blue” Dunk Low that emerged earlier this year. While that pair sported new hardware changes, this edition maintains the all-leather build synonymous with Peter Moore’s design. Additionally, the palette is easily digestible, a “Royal” combination that again echoes the Air Jordan 1 and the “J-Pack” editions that once lit the sneakerhead universe aflame. Even without those historical ties, this is a sensible pair to add to the rotation as we look to the new year.

The Nike Dunk Low “Hyper Royal” is expected to release early into 2025, retailing at $115. While we’ll have to wait a bit for these to hit shelves, you can already enjoy official images via the gallery below.
