Makeup Artist Isamaya Ffrench Is Releasing A Nike Air Max Dn Collaboration

The Nike Air Max Dn is marketed to all demographics, but tonal women’s colorways have stood head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to consumer interest. In lockstep with that trend, the Swoosh is linking with British makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench for a collaborative capsule.

Two monochrome colorways are on tap; one “Beige” and one “Chocolate Brown.” While subtle, the key quality is a more glossy finish on the mudguard and midsole of both options.

Ffrench reflects on the collaboration, stating: “For me, the most inspiring thing about the Dn silhouette is how much opportunity it presents to play with texture, color and materials. My favorite parts of the design are probably the rand and heel, where we were able to add metallic tones underneath a glossy acrylic, giving those parts of the shoe an even more extreme and textural look — juxtaposing them against the matte of the upper and sole.”

Both Isamaya Ffrench x Air Max Dn colorways release December 20th via nike.com and select retailers. Expect to pay the usual $160 if you’re considering copping a pair.
