The UNBANNABLE initiatives continue.

This “Black Toe” Air Jordan 1 Low Comes With A Jewel Wings Logo

The Jumpman is aiming to reignite Air Jordan 1 demand by going heavy on original colorways in Spring 2025. If you’re one of many who will miss out on the limited Jordan 1 ’85 Bred, Jordan Brand is hoping you’ll find solace in two upcoming “Black Toe” drops. The “Black Toe Reimagined” High is on our Jordan Release Dates calendar for February 15th, and this newly-uncovered low-top is expected to follow in the weeks thereafter.

First things first; the upcoming “Black Toe” Jordan 1 Low features the less-hyped “modern” silhouette, not the “OG” that Jordan Brand reserves for things like Travis Scott shoes and other original colorway retros (like the “Chicago” Jordan 1 Low releasing Holiday 2025). Using the “OG” silhouette might have helped draw more attention in this case, but it’s possible that Jordan Brand’s intention is to create a more under-the-radar release so as to not overcrowd its UNBANNABLE lineup. What’s more; we already got a “Black Toe” AJ1 Low OG back in 2023 (and it’s currently hovering for below retail on the grey market).

Official images reveal familiar “Black Toe” color blocking, although just like the upcoming “Black Toe Reimagined” High, the design breaks from tradition with black as opposed to white on the tongue. Black nubuck material makes up the toe panel, eyelets, and Swoosh, while the heel incorporates a jewel wings logo. Moreover, these come with a special edition box featuring black and white Jordan iconography.

The “Black Toe” Jordan 1 Low doesn’t have a firm MSRP or release date yet, but it’s likely we’ll see pairs hit retailers during the Spring 2025 shopping season (before the end of March). See official images below and periodically return to our Jordan Release Dates page for updates.
