The Air Jordan 1 Low RM Is Not What You Think

Another AJ1 offshoot rather than a new family member.

The Air Jordan 1 Low RM Is Not What You Think

The latest Air Jordan 7 offshoot has been revealed to actually be the Jordan MVP 92, temporarily quashing the theory that the RestoMod concept explored with the Air Jordan 4 would become an earnest product family. As another potential member enters the fray, we’ll get ahead of our lead and confirm that sadly that prospect is looking dim once again, as the Air Jordan 1 Low RM hits on entirely separate inspirations.

First coming onto our radar with a futuristic, gradient-reliant kids’ pair, the Air Jordan 1 Low RM is subsumed under the EasyOn category, spreading its target audience from those physically in need of accessibility features to a convenience product for all shapes and sizes. While the zipped closure that allows for that has been utilized on more standard issues of the Air Jordan 1, the RM tag here denotes the enlarged, dip-down Swoosh seen at the quarter, as well as the tinkered-with outsole traction here delivered in color-blocked fashion.  As the composition makes its low-cut debut, two familiar palettes are on display, one intended for girls and one with a wider scope in a “Panda” look.

As true general release products, the Air Jordan 1 Low RM in these initial colorways will likely populate Nike.com in the coming weeks without much prior indication. While retail pricing is currently unclear, the Mid version clocks in at $110 — expect something in that general range. Otherwise, keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates 2025 hub for concrete info as it comes.
