We’ve coined the phrase “one of the strongest new models of 2025” in regard to a few New Balance silhouettes, but with all due respect to the 2000 and 2010, the New Balance 204L might be most deserving of that praise. The Boston brand has come out with its strongest low-profile sneaker yet, and judging by how quickly the model’s first two colorways sold out, it’s safe to say consumers are on board.
If you tried and failed to cop either the “Mushroom” or “Timberwolf” 204L, there’s good news ahead. New Balance has more all-suede releases in its chamber, specifically a “Pastel Pack” consisting of pink and “Pearl Grey” colorways. If this is your first time feasting eyes on the New Balance 204L, know the model clashes new and old running aesthetics with a design inspired by 70s cuts (as seen in the shape) and Y2K-era silhouettes (as seen in the layering). The end result is a wonderfully on-trend sneaker reminiscent of Miu Miu’s New Balance 530s, which have proven extremely sought-after. This “Pastel Pack” is sure to draw eyes from the “it girl” sort of demographic, hopefully on time for the end of the summer months.
Release info for the New Balance 204L “Pastel Pack” is scant as of this writing, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as we learn more. For now, enjoy official images below.
