OG-inspired releases have rightfully taken precedent, but the Nike Air Max 95 hasn’t exactly been resting on its laurels throughout its 30th anniversary run. A-list collabs like the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! Air Max 95 have been accompanied by an abundance of all-new inline looks, this “Court Purple/Wild Grape” colorway being the latest to grace our timeline.
BAPE will almost certainly never collaborate with Nike given the two brands’ well-documented beef, but if it ever comes out with a 110 bootleg, it might look something like this. Camo print leather sidewalls replace the model’s traditional suede gradient, taken in black with “Court Purple/Wild Grape” splotches. A black tongue, toe cap, and midsole ensure all focus goes to the camo graphic, complemented by reflective hits on the eyelets, tongue cover, and spine. Like almost every Air Max 95 released this year, the sneaker comes with a seamed “big bubble” Air unit made to look like the OG cushioning package.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Court Purple/Wild Grape” releases via Nike SNKRS on September 12th, priced at $200. See official images below if these speak to your taste.
