For Reebok, all eyes are on Bayou Barbie as the world awaits the Angel Reese 1. However, in the meantime, their most significant design outside of Chicago remains the Engine A, the Boston brand’s step back into basketball and an important table-setter for their WNBA superstar. With legacy franchise faces Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal at the helm, the inline silhouette shines again in a fresh “Moonstone” arrangement.

Still functionally working through its first few colorways, only having dropped five looks before the one at hand, we’re beginning to really see this silhouette aesthetically unleashed. Its past two looks showcased vibrant metallics and Reese-approved gradients, yet it’s more conservative experimentation with the variation at hand. The “Moonstone” at hand stakes out with a split black/white that chops the exterior synthetic cage at the toe to sit apart from the rest of the upper. ERS and SuperFloat remain intact underfoot to ensure these are still fit for crossovers and board crashing alike.
The Reebok Engine A “Moonstone” releases on September 5th, retailing for $120.
