Last December, SoleFly co-founder Carlos Prieto shared an exclusive gem with Sneaker News: an Air Jordan 3 collaboration was in the works for 2025. Today, the shoes were revealed for the first time during the showdown between the Miami Hurricanes and Notre Dame, spotted on-feet of Prieto and co-founder Daniel Hidalgo as well as former Hurricanes players Andre Johnson and Ed Reed.
This upcoming collaboration brings SoleFly’s first-ever project with Jordan Brand full circle; in 2014, the South Floridian boutique entered the echelon of select Jordan collaborations with a special Air Jordan 3 design inspired by the Florida lottery. The shoes never actually released to the public and were instead made in super-limited numbers and given to Friends & Family of SoleFly and Jordan Brand, resulting in one of the most sought-after pairs of the modern era of Air Jordan.

Thankfully, the 2025 pair will be available to the public, bringing with it an iconic Miami-themed color combination of green and orange that loosely draws inspiration from the collegiate program. While detailed looks have not yet been shared, the SoleFly Air Jordan 3 features a green toe-guard, orange heel-guard, a white upper, a Reimagined-like off-white tinted sole, and Nike Air on the heel plate in green.
Although tough to tell from the photos, it appears that SoleFly’s logo is embedded into the heel guard. Additional angles reveal three lacing options: white, orange, and green. Finally, a SoleFly hang-tag can be seen attached as a stock option on the pair. Clean, crisp, simple, and executed perfectly, this Air Jordan 3 brings a toned-down aesthetic that harkens back to the glory days of Air Jordan Player Exclusives.
SoleFly has not yet shared full release details yet, although a Holiday 2025 release is expected.
