With how many Air Jordan 1 Mid colorways hit the shelves in any given season, often it can be hard to really nail a standout look for the stable GR silhouette. Sometimes, though, Jordan Brand knows exactly how to grab our attention; the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Metallic Blue” uses some can’t-miss details to achieve just that.

Indeed, as the title would indicate, a reflective cobalt exterior sets the tone for this variation, but it’s not the end of the special edition touches that the Jumpman wields here. While the overtones might remind of the “Anondized” series of the 2010s, those more pastoral notes and an off-white midsole underfoot help bring a modern air to this version.
