The New Balance 2000 Cracks Open “Pearl Grey”

Debuting new/returning models through collaborations has been a strategy that’s served New Balance well in recent years, but that hasn’t been the case in regard to the 2000 silhouette. We’ll soon see the Boston brand dip into its roster with an Aminé New Balance 2000 in October, but for now, the ABZORB-cushioned model is continuing its strong rollout with another compelling GR.

Here we have a “Pearl Grey” colorway featuring a purple gradient base layer; a rather versatile look that still manages to assert uniqueness. The titular color appears on the overlays and entire ABZORB midsole for uniformity, making the purple/white mesh material the main point of intrigue. Moving up top, a white sock liner and white tongue round out the delivery.

The New Balance 2000 “Pearl Grey” doesn’t have a confirmed release date yet, but we’ll update this article as soon as that changes. For now, enjoy official images below.
