Pharrell’s adidas Adistar Jellyfish Floats Up In Grey

Toning things down from the debut orange.

Pharrell’s adidas Adistar Jellyfish Floats Up In Grey

When it comes time for the sneaker councils to convene on “Sneaker Of The Year,” there’ll be no way to leave out the adidas Jellyfish. Ruling the timeline and our newswire at multiple Fashion Weeks this year, the exaggerated, extra-chunky model has already made its mark on the secondary market with just one colorway out; its debut orange has pushed towards becoming a $1,000 shoe since escaping the aquarium in late August.

Part of the excitement surrounding the shoe no doubt comes from its mystique-filled promo effort, handled by Pharrell himself by personally debuting versions and utilizing inner circle compatriots like the Clipse for still others. That strategy is particularly relevant with the shoe at hand, worn by Malice during the Paris showcase towards the start of the summer. Much of what fans saw in that more fiery counterpart remains in this all-neutral version, building out the same white and black foundation with grey/cream trim in the TPU extensions on the side. All told, it’s a colorway that plays close to the model it takes inspiration from; easy to imagine gracing the mainline adidas Cushion 3.

The Pharrell x adidas Adistar Jellyfish is due out Holiday 2025 (a span from October to December), holding onto its ultra-premium $300 retail price. Catch official on-white images below and keep our Sneaker Release Dates page close by for more updates.
